I joined GYEM at an early stage for the company and one, out of the many challenges I worked with was working with a limited financial budget that accompanied with the firm operating as a non-profit.I was responsible for developing and executing GYEM’s Marketing Strategy alongside designing campaigns to promote the offered programs and events. In addition I worked closely with the founder and partners of the firm to morph the company into a registered establishment and operate as a Social Enterprise to become self-sustainable.Successes included accelerating the social reach of GYEM’s social media channels by 500% through 30+ campaigns, forming partnerships with Abu Dhabi's most exciting water park to offer as giveaways and encourage campaign participation.

As a high school graduate, being part of the first hybrid design agency of its kind in the Middle East helped me grasp that the current industry demands more than the largest and flashiest of advertisements.
