At FedEx, I advanced to Senior Vice President for EMEIA regions. Some of the key roles included Managing Director for FedEx Express Domestic in the Northeast US and later for the Middle East, managing operations across 23 countries during the Gulf War theatre.In 2012, 34 years of esteemed service at FedEx, I transitioned to become an angel investor, supporting companies across various sectors including education, F&B, hospitality, cosmetics, medical & healthcare, and early startups. In 2019, I was honored with the Investor of the Year award for the Middle East by Entrepreneur Magazine, recognizing my contributions to nurturing emerging businesses.In 2021, I founded SolitAir Holding, where I serve as CEO. Our mission is to revolutionize regional air cargo logistics by creating the first regional scheduled daily express cargo airline, connecting Africa, the GCC, the Indian Subcontinent, and the Stan countries.
