 Preparing of Bid documents for projects and equipments :-• Collect the data about projects from other departments (process, electrical, civil, instrumentation).• Add the mechanical requirements data .• Prepare the complete package Bid documents for the projects.• Prepare and specify the did documents for equipments (Pumps, Compressors, Piping, Vessels, Tanks , Heat exchangers )  Proposals studying and Analysis:-• Complete studying for Projects and compared with the required specification.• Unifying all proposal by connecting with international vendors.• Define the successful bidders.  Studying operation problems and requirements • Studying the problems raised from operation or maintenance regard to equipments and putting engineering solution by the suitable modifications. • Specifying the required equipments and preparing orders for purchasing. Design Static equipments :-• Design shell and tube heat exchangers by TEMA or select from lists , prepare data sheets . • Design and prepare construction drawing for API 650 atmospheric tanks or horizontal by ASME Code.• Design and prepare construction drawings for Pipeline by computing Diameters , Thickness , selection for materials , study stress analysis for pipeline by computer package (CHEASER II ) . . Select rotating equipments :-• Select rotating equipments (Pumps, compressors agitators and fans according to codes API, ANSI, ISO.• Studying their proposals and define the lac of specification. . Using Computer package for Design :-• Using Programs like PV Elit , Ceaser II , Smart Plant Review , PDMS ,• Search for free program for design on Internet. Follow up construction of projects :-• Follow up the execution of projects according to specification with contractors.• Solve the problems with vendors regard to projects

• Compute pressure drops in pipelines by using programs. • Prepare p&i for package unit.• Select the proper materials suitable for services.• Design Welding joints and preparing W.P.S • Good work on selection of electrode for welding.• Design steel structure for platforms.• Prepare materials take off for piping and equipments • Estimate preliminary cost approximation for projects and equipments.• Design of Heat exchangers , Pressure Vessels , Piping ,
