In my role as an instructor for the .NET Full Stack Track at ITI, I had the exciting opportunity to mentor a group of enthusiastic developers and help them navigate the world of .NET technologies. My key responsibilities included: Teaching & Engagement: I delivered engaging lessons on C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework Core, and MVC, making sure students understood both the theory and practical application of these technologies. Hands-On Support: I guided students through practical exercises, working closely with them to tackle real-world challenges and build robust, scalable applications. Code Review: I reviewed and debugged student projects, providing actionable feedback to help them improve their coding skills and adopt best practices. Project Oversight: I managed group projects, encouraging teamwork and ensuring that each student could contribute effectively while learning to collaborate on complex tasks. Personalized Feedback: I assessed student progress and offered tailored advice to help them achieve their individual learning goals and prepare for their careers in tech.This role was incredibly rewarding, as I got to witness the growth and development of future software developers and play a part in shaping their professional journeys.
