PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :• Responsible for the conduct of day-to-day quality related activities of the project.• Carry out / coordinate all civil related inspection & test requirements of the project at all stages of process / production as per the CQP, QCP and contract requirements with the assistance of the Lab Technician.• Witness all concrete pouring, slump tests carried out at site.• Verify and ensure correctness of number of cube samples taken for testing.• Verify and ensure all site survey / setting-out reports prepared by Civil Project Engineer (Civil) / Supervisors are correct and complete.• Compile and maintain Cube Testing Register.• Carry out Soil Compaction Tests, where required, in coordination with the Civil discipline personnel and maintain records for the same.• Liaise with the Project Engineer (Civil) / Civil Supervisor(s) / Surveyor(s) to ensure all activities are satisfactorily completed and inspection and test records are prepared and compiled.• Ensure that the subcontractors employed for civil works comply to the quality requirements.• Follow up site inspection for buildings.• Familiar with Clients (PDO) and project specifications.• Follow up meetings with client (PDO).• Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel as per PDO Company Specification.• Attending HSE site walks weekly.• Check drawings for conformity with design requirements.• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per PDO company specifications.• Compliance with PDO HSE standards and regulations.
