KEY QUALIFICATIONS•Adhere to the highest degree of Independence & Ethics Professional Standards and applicable legal & regulatory requirements;•Excellent knowledge in quality control, auditing, review, other assurance and related services standards and conduct services in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), General Accepted Auditing standards (GAAS), International Standards on Assurance Engagements (ISAE), International Standards on Review Engagements (ISRE), International Standards on Related Services (ISRS), International Standards on Quality Control (ISQC);•Excellent knowledge in accounting standards for different industries and conduct audit as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), International Accounting Standards (IASs) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);•Excellent knowledge in international standards for the professional practice of internal auditing;•Excellent experience in accounting and external & internal audit, covered a wide range of industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, construction, trading, international projects, not for profit, investment, medical services, maritime services, automobiles, oil and gas and other sectors;•Excellent knowledge in Grant Thornton’s Audit and Assurance Services Manual & Independence and Ethics Manual.•Good knowledge in business consulting include preparation of accounting and administration policies and procedures, manuals, business valuation and other related services;•Good knowledge of major local and international accounting and auditing software;•Good knowledge in working procedures of international NGOs financing and contracting procedures;•Examine financial statements to ensure that they accurate and comply with laws and regulations; and•Ability researching in accounting and audit issues, utilizing electronic databases, and review tracking financial information, utilizing accounting and audit related software.
