I began my time at Berkeley on one of London's largest regeneration schemes, Woodberry Park in The Borough of Hackney. After achieving a large volume of sales within my first 8 months, I was then promoted to Berkeley Capital's Zone 1 development, Goodmans Fields. During my time at Goodmans Fields I worked closely with my sales team and marketing executives to prepare for what would be one of Berkeley's fastest selling projects. Out of the 100 units launched in the UK, 80 of the units were sold within the first 3 months and the remaining units (mainly 3 bedroom penthouses) were sold shortly after. With the scheme being sold out so quickly, I was then nominated to assist with selling one of Berkeley's most prestigious projects, Roman House in Moorgate. With the knowledge I had gained on the London market and dealing with ultra high networth individuals, it was time for me to take a step forward and look at ways in which I could broaden my horizons and educate myself on property investment on a global basis. Key Roles within Berkeley:- Liaising closely with marketing team. Always eager to pass on my ideas in order to improve sales volume- Arrange and conduct viewings- Complete daily and weekly reports for Sales and Managing Directors including in depth Excel Spreadsheets illustrating visitor, meeting and sales numbers with comparisons to previous months/years. These reports would also include regular updates on local competitors. - Assisting Directors with pricing on forth coming developments using previous sales prices and local market reports. - Circa 80 sales during my tenure- Dealing with high networth individuals from many different nations.
