Reviewed and monitored quality control programs’ Manuals, Procedures, ITPs, and measured the project Quality performance Index (PQI). • Reviewed and approved Quality procedures, Construction Method Statements, this is includes but not limited to piping , Welding, NDE, PMI, PWHT, Flange management, Hydro-test, Coating/lining, Insulation, Static and Rotating equipment, in addition to Electrical, instrumentations and Civil procedures.• Ensured the proper implementation of international standards ASME, API, ASTM, NEC, ACI, CINI, UPC, UMC, ASHRAE, in addition to Shell DEP’ specifications and Standard drawings.• Led many technical Audits on international EPCs to ensure compliance with the project technical Shell DEP requirements, Quality management system, and international codes and standards. • Monitored and ensured Contractor’s compliance with the established NDE procedure, and maintained Weld Rejection Rate (WRR) within the project Quality objectives through Contractor guidance.• Managed and monitored the project preservation program that included 1200 Static and Rotating equipment. • Reviewed Contractor’s Material requisitions to confirm compliance with the project technical specifications and involved in technical evaluation of Suppliers products and Facilities approvals.
