My responsibilities is :-My main responsibilities is managing the sales team to achieve sales target and increase our sales distributions area.- Leading and Supervise all company departments like accountants, warehouses, machinery, ect.-Make market study for competitors and find solutions to reach our targets.-Make research and find new products and companies depend on Iraq market needs.-Discuss with new suppliers.-Make pricing and marketing strategies for new items and brands.-Sending monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to my managements and suppliers. -Leading and supervise around 40 employees in different company departments.-Working on forecast orders with our supply chain and suppliers.

My Job responsibilities was :1- Initially assist the management in completing the total required Sales Team Structure.2- Control and manage the day to day activities of the Sales Team.3- Create/implement a sales plan to achieve the company's set Sales targets.4- Increase coverage and distribution (open new areas and new outlets).5- Report daily sales to the Management team.6- Assist in developing marketing strategies and implementation of promotional activities on the ground.7- Work on forecasts and future orders.8- Conduct continuous Market Studies and share the findings with the Management team.9- Be in constant contact with The Northern Brand Manager to together achieve the targets and build the Arix Brand.
