Biiview is a startup based in the Bahamas and the United Arab Emirates, focused on developing a video analysis platform. The platform allows influencers and product owners to upload product videos and convert them into shoppable videos. Founded by Sean Bain, the team initially experimented with various approaches to achieve their goal but faced challenges and were unable to make significant progress. Eventually, Biiview brought me on board as a fractional CTO to manage their team, provide direction, and help them develop an AI-based, powerful video analysis tool in an efficient and effective manner. One of the biggest challenges we faced was identifying products that were either unseen or lacked pre-trained models for object recognition. Despite this, we successfully launched the alpha version of the platform. Currently, the president of Biiview is working on raising additional funds to scale the platform further. My contribution to this project has been remarkable, and I am incredibly proud of my team for working together under my guidance and direction. We achieved our goal in record-breaking time, and now, with the platform, users can purchase any product they see in a video.

I served as a Fractional CTO at Comlinkdevs, a Florida-based company offering internet, TV, and various other services. They were facing challenges in providing efficient support to their existing and new customers, relying heavily on CSRs (Customer Service Representatives). Designed and developed comlinkai.com, a customer management system to enhance customer support for Comlinkdevs, a provider of internet, TV, and other services. Incorporated AI into the system to automate first-level support, improving efficiency and reducing the reliance on customer service representatives. Developed a system to effectively support multiple vendors and their services, minimizing the time and resources required to integrate new vendors. Oversaw the development of an all-in-one CRM system to streamline operations and minimize expenses. Led and managed a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle. Under my leadership, the team successfully designed and deployed a state-of-the-art application that streamlined customer support. Following this successful launch, I led the development of their all-in-one CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This ongoing project aims to further optimize their operations and minimize expenses.
