At ZTE Software R&D Center Islamabad I worked on “PTCL Billing & Customer Care” Solution, which is one of the Biggest Projects of Information Technologies in the Pakistan’s History. It will enable PTCL to Control Frauds, Centralize Customer Care, Billing, and Receivable, on Demand Billing, Bill generation via Web, Call Centre, Product Management and User Interaction. This Project is Successfully Deployed in the Pakistan.My Responsibility was Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Client Coordination, Existing Processes Analysis, Data Collection & Migration, Testing & Validation, GAP Analysis and System Implementation Process & Plan, Training Schedules, Customer Support and Implementation of CCS Module in Whole Country (North, Central and South Region).
