My responsibilities included managing a team of Linux engineers, ensuring smooth project execution and customer support. I trained engineers in FortiGate firewall management and handled security vulnerabilities. I led weekly customer meetings to address performance issues, designed complex architectures for enterprise clients, and managed NOC operations. Additionally, I oversaw financial approvals, legal document signing, and staff recruitment.

As a Senior Unix Engineer at Comsys, I installed and maintained IVR (Interactive Voice Response) servers on Solaris SPARC and Linux (RedHat/CentOS) systems. I worked with a range of environments, from small to complex setups involving load balancers, application servers, database clusters, and various storage technologies (iSCSI, FC, NFS). I also managed virtualization using LDOMs (Oracle VM for SPARC) and Zones and gained extensive experience with telephony protocols such as SS7, ISDN, and SIP.
