Strategic Partnerships Manager - New Business
CurrentIn charge of building, testing, and scaling papernest's new growth levers for the French market (on 4 core markets + several tests) :--> Building : - Identify and conduct market analysis on new business opportunities to test from scratch - Plan a « go to market » strategy for each test--> Testing : - Prospect and initiate first contacts with C-levels to introduce our service to the market - Negotiate, close and implement partnerships / POC tests with key actors : > Construction of commercial proposals (value proposition, customer journey, business model, etc.) > Contract elaboration / signature > Operational deployment planification - Adapt our customer journey to match the partner’s needs / increase our performances--> Scaling : - Manage and improve the performance of our accounts : Monitoring the KPIs (volumes, transformation rate …), solve operational issues, optimization of customer journeys… - Introduce and coordinate new business types to / with our internal teams (Sales, Customer success, Operations, Product)
