Current• Oversee, manage, and implement IT Projects for customers. Project scopes begin with designing solutions within the customer's budget, assisting in procuring hardware, working with local IT teams to implement the solution, supporting the solution, creating documentation, and training IT staff to continue support.• Managed and implemented entire Server room migration to Data Center facility for national client. Migration included: new switches, new firewalls, as well as redesigning/redeploying existing routers and firewalls. Final design included: multi-homed BGP, internal OSPF (with multiple areas and multiple ASBRs), Metro-Ethernet connecting the Colocation with Headquarters.• Designed, deployed, and supported large University network. Network included 3 large office sites with datacenters, > 10 Multi-Vendor Site-to-Site VPN tunnels, OSPF (with multiple areas, and multiple ASBRs), as well as dozens of Remote VPN users. Design provided failover between data center locations. Supported and assisted with VMWare, iSCSI, and SAN installations. Environment included : HP ProCurve switches, Cisco ASA 5555-X NGFW firewalls, FirePOWER, Cisco Nexus switches and Cisco's ASR devices, Aruba Wireless, Barracuda Web Firewalls. • Network Design for national Graphics Design Company. Metro-Ethernet connect regional offices to provide fast, reliable access to current projects . Aruba switching provides 10Gb+ network speeds. OSPF provides route failover in the event of a WAN outage. SonicWall and Sophos firewall protect the perimeter of the network. Ubiquiti UniFi Access Points provide Internal, Guest, and BYOD SSID's for the entire building. Installed migrated Hyper-V Cluster storage to Tegile 4200 Hybrid array to provide low latency storage. Migrated many network service from Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 to Windows Server 2016.• Perform Network maintenance including, configuration management, updating documentation, software revision updates, etc.
