I am a strategist and an advocate of simplicity to tackle and solve large and complex problems. I have been able to build deep expertise in strategy, transformation, business operations, large scale program delivery & execution, and technology. I have spent the last few years of my career in banking however I have a wide range of industry knowledge, learning during my time in consulting. I have been spending a lot of my time in building high-performing teams and incorporating innovation and new ways of working. I enjoy to learn continuously, build a better culture in the organization, and foster talent by providing growth opportunities. I would like to give back to my community and I am involved in many events, non for profit organizations to help building a better community for everyone.
