Growing up, I always enjoyed jigsaw puzzles.Ok. Let’s be honest: I was obsessed.I would spend hours—days, if it was really good—putting a puzzle together. And when I reached that oh-so-satisfying moment of fitting in the last perfect piece that completed the greater picture, I promptly took it apart. I couldn’t wait to put it together again. After a few times of this lather, rinse, repeat, I’d get bored … and put it together upside down. No picture. Just cardboard.My brain is hardwired for a challenge. I love working things out in my mind, even if the bigger picture isn’t evident.Though I still love a good jigsaw, nowadays my favorite puzzles are more of the marketing variety. I get passionate helping businesses figure out their bigger picture. I love getting to know the individual pieces, every line, curve and corner. I want to know what makes the business—the people, the passions—so well that I become another piece.
