 Lead & Manage the project team (CARE and Implementing Partner) for quality delivery of their responsibilities  Provide technical assistance to CARE staff and partners to conduct baseline assessments and develop M&E plans.  Work with project team to build capacity of implementing partner/s in the area of SRH, identify training needs, develop training plan based upon needs identified and utilize CARE HQ guided/ agreed training support as appropriate.  Advise implementing partner for sub-grant agreement, budgeting, coordination and field implementation in order to ensure project results are delivered.  Support technically Integration for community mobilization activities using tools such as CARE’s social analysis and action (SAA) Tool and disaster risk reduction (DRR/EPP) into CARE and IP’s staff capacity building as activities phase into different stages.  Develop research agenda and governance work priorities (at least at district level) for ensuring sustainability of project interventions and prioritization of SRH in government’s planning and budgeting  Identify appropriate networks and coalition for furthering CIP’s strategic goals and priorities particularly in SRH  Use linkages and networks to undertake advocacy at provincial and national level for promoting the project and organization objectives of women’s health in general and SRH in particular  Ensure global standards (Sphere, HAP-I) are being maintained Train and build capacity of IPs on quality and accountability  Develop and undertake initiatives to strengthen quality component in governments SRH service delivery as well as supply chain management

 Plans, promotes, and develops health projects/programs by stimulating activity and providing leadership.  Develops budgets, staffing plans, and action plans to ensure proper personnel, facilities, and supplies to meet grant/contract deliverables and reporting.  Provides technical assistance, consultation, and guidance to private practitioner Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Training material was also prepared by me through my years of experience.  A progression executive summary on deliverables was prepared on monthly basis to keep focused and on target. To have close coordination between departments and public sector to achieve desired results, strong communication plan was implemented to keep every at same level and pace. A comprehensive plan was implemented for the back check, monitoring and evaluation of difference projects, on third party evaluation results were nearly 100%. Was responsible for whole region of above 200 people, their hiring, training, development, retention and through the tenure with organization remain on top. Have the exposure to work in coordination with private and public sector to achieve deliverables, like EDO’s, DPWO’s etc; I was also part of District Technical Committee meeting run under the supervision of DCO.
