Training material was also prepared by me through my years of experience.  A progression executive summary on deliverables was prepared on monthly basis to keep focused and on target. To have close coordination between departments and public sector to achieve desired results, strong communication plan was implemented to keep every at same level and pace. A comprehensive plan was implemented for the back check, monitoring and evaluation of difference projects, on third party evaluation results were nearly 100%. Was responsible for whole region of above 200 people, their hiring, training, development, retention and through the tenure with organization remain on top. Have the exposure to work in coordination with private and public sector to achieve deliverables, like EDO’s, DPWO’s etc; I was also part of District Technical Committee meeting run under the supervision of DCO.
