In December 2013, I was assigned to the Homicide Unit headquarted in the Lee County Office. Our division is charged with the prosecution of homicides within the entire circuit. I am personally engaged in prosecutions and investigations in Lee, Hendry, and Glades Counties.In May of 2009, I was promoted to the position of Hendry/Glades Office Head responsible for the supervision of 20-25 staff in two offices in Labelle, Florida and Moore Haven, Florida. It was my privilege to serve at this post until December 2013.Between 2004 and 2009 I was assigned to the Fort Myers Felony Division as a Track Leader in direct supervision of 5 attorneys assigned to felony Division D. During that time, I was named Career Criminal Coordinator responsible for the supervision of the Fort Myers Career Criminal Unit and supervision of all career criminal prosecutions in the Fort Myers Office.Prior to my assignment to the felony division in 2002, I also prosecuted cases in our juvenile and misdemeanor divisions.
