- More than 23 years of experience as a civil engineer in the feasibility study, comprehensive/ conceptual/detail design, construction and supervision of several major municipal infra projects including water and wastewater networks, pump station and treatment plants.- Having undertaken a variety of roles including project manager, team leader, resident engineer, design expert, hydraulic modeler, civil engineer, project controller, etc.- Ability to teamwork and successfully manage teams of engineers on a variety of complex & high tech infra projects consisting of structures, instruments, equipment, etc.- General experience in BIM procedure and MEP equipment of WTP-STP-WWTP projects.- More than 18 years of experience in the investment, cooperation, renovation, construction and supervision of residential and commercial building as a sideline and personal interest.- Ability to project controlling including deliverables scheduling, time/cost controlling, etc.- Ability to think methodically and to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts, technical and executive details and ability to multitask and work either as a team member or as a team leader especially under pressure and tight deadlines.- Familiarity with projects financing methods and understanding of types of contracts.- Over 15 years of experience in national & international (FIDIC, etc) contractual issues & preparation of tenders/ bidding documents & evaluation of bidders, contracting & amicable resolution of disputes & claims, etc.- Extensive experience and actively involved in Business Development, Proposal Preparation, Cooperation with Technical Departments, and Evaluation Management of more than 700 International Consultancy Tenders within two last years (550 EOIs and 160 RFPs) in more than 50 Countries (in CIS, Middle East, Asia, and Africa) financed by WB, IsDB, AfDB, and other international/national organizations - Distinguished professional, proactively engaged in leadership & project management, self-motivated
