Project: Data analytics consulting to the New Saint Paul’s Hospital Redevelopment team• Lead advanced analytic projects including the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project plans and deliverables.• Supported the CCPO and team in the identification of opportunities to improve the quality and safety of clinical services as well as the design and implementation of strategies to make these improvements. • Provided project and change management expertise to advance the strategic priorities in the organization to achieve outcomes.

• Conducted statistical analysis, forecasting, and data visualization • Simulated the Spinal Cord Injury continuum of care – Discrete Event Simulation (DES)• Provided information and solutions for the stake holders to facilitate the decision making

• Conducted process mapping of the healthcare delivery system; analyzed patient flow (on-site data collection).• Performed data extraction, data cleaning, data preparation and ad-hoc analysis.• Analyzed the geo-mapping SCI problem, developed data driven reports and recommendations.

• Used Operations Research tools and techniques (i.e. Mathematical Modeling, Discrete Event Simulation, etc.) to analyze the supply chain of agricultural biomass in Ontario (used ExtendSim software - IBSAL model)• Analyzed multiple transportation scenarios; Conducted the cost, carbon, and energy analysis.• Consulted the optimal scenario based on the model output.
