•Being involved in the stock control and management.•Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for•Liaising with suppliers and external companies on a regular basis•Handling payments and processing returns, refunds and exchanges•Dealing with customer concerns, feedback and complaints•Assisting the Manager with their day-to-day activities

•Assisting with administrative activities such as dealing with utility companies, council tax and business rates on existing properties within the portfolio and on new acquisitions •Assisting with the property management of the existing portfolio, including coordinating with maintenance staff in regard to repairs, monitoring property management software including rent collection and tenancy renewals.
