o Sr. Process Engineer (Ammonia):• Performed process calculations & Efficiency monitoring of plant and provide technical recommendation to increase plant efficiency, productivity & reliability.• Calculation of Plant Consumption Ratios & provide technical recommendation to optimize out of limits ratio from design/budgeted value.o Process Engineer (Urea).• Stewardship of execution of Energy Conversation Project to utilize self-generated low-pressure Steam in place of steam condensate to decompose ammonium carbamate solution in HPD, resulted into reduction of Urea plant energy index up-to 0.1MMBTU.o Process Engineer (Utility).• Efficiency/Performance monitoring of Gas Turbine, Boilers, Cooling Tower & Pumps.• Stewardship of regular MOC status meetings, governance/ assurance and status management of MOC records, overdue actions, temporary MOC expiration dates, target completion dates & close out dates.• Worked closely with site personnel to ensure proper management & implementation/execution of the MOC process at the site.
