- Source and identify talents by using various platforms.- Perform preliminary candidate screening.- Schedule and execute the interview process.- Conduct initial interviews of candidates till panel interview level.- Facilitate candidates during onboarding process. - Handle records and deskwork and reporting to manager.- Perform administrative tasks including e-mail correspondence.- Maintain the recruitment tracking system.- Assisting training & development manager.- Other duties as assigned.

-Assist training manger in day to day operations. -Conducting awareness sessions to factory workers related to 5S, Heat Stroke, Safety and risk etc.-Taking part in designing & launching of Learning Cafe.-Maintaining TNA records of employees.

- Assisting in recruitment of factory workers.- Managing personal files of employees.- Maintaining employee’s data in software.- Issuing all types of HR letters.- Preparing employee cards.- Responsible to circulate notifications in factory.- Assisting in payroll section.

-Provide recruitment support to clients which include sourcing, screening, headhunting and interview candidates before sharing with the clients.-Recruit for following industries: FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Steel Manufacturing, Information Technology, and so forth.-Interact and visit client’s office to better understand their requirement.
