Performed as Team Lead in the QC Department: Responsibilities included team management and coordination between the QC team and higher management. Creation of test plans, reviewing the activities during their implementation throughout testing lifecycles, and preparing the final report. It also includes the management of GAP analysis for the SAP Mobilizer solution, in-house client demo sessions, and onsite UAT.• APIGW: Performance testing UAT for API gateway – Telenor Pakistan → Onsite performance testing performed for REST-based API gateway in Telenor Pakistan (Islamabad).

Responsible for client communication to gather business requirements and act as a bridge between clients and the development department by performing testing and managing timelines for project completions in TMS (Task Management System). • AutoBANKER Premium Deployment – South Sudan (onsite) → Onsite Project implementation of a Web-based Solution for Money Transfer in Eden Commercial Bank → Gap analysis & and data migration from the previous system and support for UAT → 4 days of user training conducted for representatives of 24 branches. → Worked with the Local GSM network provider to establish VPN connectivity links among all branches in remote areas. • 2 days of hands-on training of AutoBANKER Premium conducted for 80+ users of Apna Microfinance Bank from all over Pakistan at TUSDEC Lahore.• Remotely deployment of AutoSMS system in International Commercial Bank –South Sudan for the transaction and other alerts on Mobile devices.

Supported in-house & on-site seniors for bug fixations and release management for clients.• Testing performed on the AutoWEB system for Inverstrust Bank Zambia and Sindh Bank Pakistan for transaction processing from the web.• 5 days of onsite system administration training of AutoBANKER-II for AMBL (Apna Microfinance Bank Ltd.) IT Staff in HO – KARACHI• An in-house training was conducted to review the concepts and processes for the SQA department. • Part of the team for 1 Week of onsite training for migration of FWBL (First Woman Bank Ltd.) from ABI to ABII – FAISALABAD• Attended a two-week in-house training for banking concepts and their system implementation.
