I led, directed, managed, supervised, and coordinated all program aspects of Family Guidance Centers (FGCs), Women Protection Centers (WPCs), Transitional Houses (THs), Half-way House (HHs) and Children Support Centers (CSCs) in 13 provinces of Afghanistan UN, UNHCR, DRS, Canadian and US Funded, a multi -millions and multiple years program on behalf of WAW Inc. in Afghanistan. I was responsible to oversee entire program implementation and provide the leadership and strategic support to Provincial Managers, Project Managers, M&E Manager, and Reporting/ Communication Manager for quality program implementation and oversight included donor communication and reporting.

I had led, managed, and coordinated all program aspects of Afghanistan Children Support Center US Funded, a multi millions and multiple years program on behalf of The Colombo Plan in Afghanistan with implementing agencies and stakeholders, UN agencies, INGOs/NGOs and government institutions. I was responsible to ensure an effective program management and implementation, undertake monitoring and evaluation visits, coordinate and report program progress at all levels. Also I was responsible to collect IPs narrative reports, edit, and analysis, consolidate and draft donor reports. In addition, I have worked closely with finance M&E expert and HQ finance director to review and check IPs financial periodic reports and expenditures and provide feedback and review findings. Meeting donor compliance was integral part of my responsibilities in grant management in the organization.
