Team building, team leadership and training are among the interests that I have been seriously pursuing and am still pursuing.I have experienced analyzing processes, problems and needs, solving problems and presenting creative solutions for 35 years.With the help of the spirit of research and search and interest in new fields of work, especially information technology, I have prepared and presented the results in the form of written works as well as lectures.Abundant interest in forming learning organizations and applying systemic thinking in the real world, which I have taught so far in many companies and factories and special assemblies.I consider principled negotiation, the results of which are based on the needs surrounding the negotiation, as well as the ability to make decisions in critical and difficult situations as key management skills, and I have tried to apply them.I have tried to process, organize and build regular environments in my work records.Organized and motivated environments that provide the possibility of learning and gaining experiences, in fact, I like the same learning organization for work.I consider it necessary to pay special attention to details, use experience and consult with experts to make decisions, and after that I try to complete the decision with full commitment and responsibility.
