My passion lies in empowering nurses to deliver exceptional service while fostering their professional growth.>Taking ownership of the overall administration of the site, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across various functions.>Coordinate and manage key general services such as transportation, communication systems, dispatch procedures, housekeeping standards, pest control measures, canteen facilities, uniform distribution, laundry services, and stationary inventory.>Collaboration with relevant teams to plan and execute various events including meetings, get-togethers, functions, and picnics, ensuring these activities contribute to team morale and cohesion.>>Administration Site>Ensure smooth and efficient running of company business, by maintaining close coordination and rapport with various government and private agencies such as K-ELECTRIC, PTCL, SITE Limited, DMC Kemari, CDGK, SSGC, KBCA, Excise and Taxation. >Arranging PO for all admin related activities and ensure timely procurement of Administration related material, processing of bills of services provided by contractors. >Provide support to dispose of company Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste.>Effective management of Gardening / Gymnasium and sport club.>Arrange un-interrupted utilities & communication and manage reception for company guest.>Management of seasonal festival and events i.e Global Broadcasts, Event Launches, Eid Lunch, >Musical/award ceremony, Picnic and Management gatherings. >>Audit & Quality Compliances>RCA >Conduct and assist departments in carrying out risk assessments and L-1 audits and L2 audits and ensure preparation of effective CAPAS and their timely closures.>Quality Compliances.>Support in maintaining the department in 'Inspection Ready' state all the time.>Raise deviation as needed.>Conduct L1 inspection against approved schedule and record observations in the tracker.>Prepare and implement CAPA and monitor the timely closures of observations related to L1, L2, L3 & L4.>Support the team in L2, L3 & L4 audits.Environment Health and Safety (EHS)>Represent in SITE EHS Represent in EHS work Council.Analyze near miss/EHS adverse data on regular basis and conduct root-cause analysis.Assist the EHS Manager and Site for implementation of safety initiatives and monitor progress against them at the site.
