Responsibilities:• Assistance in management of all aspects of mining activities (budget, schedule, scope of work, ore control) from geological point of view.• Designing lithogeochemical and soil sampling schemes (e.g. trench channel sampling).• Performing engineering geologic analyses and developing reasonable conclusions and recommendations.• Data processing of gold assays resulted from borehole data, trenches and mining blocks for real-time ore grade control. • Identification of promising areas for further exploration drilling points through Surpac and Micromine.• Well logging and mineralogical study of boreholes and assay data management through various statistical software packages.• Collaboration with mine engineers in fleet management to optimise the mine productivity.Achievements:• Supervision of new exploration trenches in Nowruz Qale that led to discovery of approximately 50,000 tons of gold ore with an average grade of 0.87 ppm (equals with at least US $2.5 million net profit).• Preparation of new gold potential maps followed by optimum drilling sites which reduced the drilling costs by 30%.

Responsibilities:• Prospectivity mapping of new blind lead-zinc deposits in Northern Irankuh through soil data and borehole assays.• Blind ore exploration of Pitchi blind ore in Northern Irankuh.• Geochemical signature identification in regolith over the Pitchi blind ore.Achievments:• Proposed three new prospects for lead-zinc deposits in Northern Irankuh with over 78% confidence.• Proposed a cheap method based on pH and EC measurements of regolith for exploration of blind lead and zinc deposits.• Proposed a conceptual model of metal dispersions over Pitchi blind ore.• Identification of at least 10 key features for exploration of lead and zinc in Irankuh.
