With over a decade of experience in software engineering and including over 4 years of digital consulting, I am passionate about delivering innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs of clients and users. As a Principal Consultant at AND Digital, I leverage my technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge to help various sectors transform their digital capabilities and achieve their strategic goals.In my role as a Technical Principal and Head of Software Engineering at AND Digital, I have led the technical design and delivery of multiple applications in e-commerce, hospitality, media, and travel, using cutting-edge technologies. I have mentored, coached and upskilled teams on client and in doing so I introduced best practices and standards across multiple teams. As an advocate for cross functional teams, I ensured teams got the support they needed to be able to upskill in areas where knowledge was shared. I am proud of the impact and value I have created for my clients and the software engineering community.Beyond client-facing engagements, my responsibilities extended to shaping the technical strategy and culture of AND Digital, where I oversaw the professional development of over 40 engineers within my business unit. Success relies on empowering engineers, promoting continuous learning, and aligning with business goals to deliver value to clients, but equally success is to see our engineers professional growth.
