The group capacity includes over 100,000 spindles spread over three state of the art production facilities by the; The group has a wide customer range in both domestic and international markets.My key responsibilities were: Establish and nurture new business contacts across the globe in order to expand and diversify the markets for group products and projects.  Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts Identify market trends, gaps and niches. Conduct client presentations and negotiations Manage application and renewal procedures for international certification for product and organizational licensing programs. Managing the company’s corporate website and marketing material developments. Handling complete sales documentation and follow-up procedures right from closing a sales to its shipment. Effective liaison with customers, mills and different departments for smooth execution of production plans and inventory management of finished goods. Designing and managing customer contact database and feedback system. Prepare Shipment schedule and coordinate with planning department for production planning to meet the shipment commitment. Represent the section in quality improvement activities
