• In this role, I managed the e-services unit and government relations unit and selected to establish the Royal Commission business center in Yanbu to consolidate all investors and city beneficiaries’ centers in the city.

• In this position, I have been selected to support the commercial and residential investment department in implementing a database of the Royal Commission agreements.Selected Achievements:
• Created (hands-on) a web portal for all RCJY commercial and residential agreements that has a database of more than 6000 agreements to ease the contracts management.
• The system was well design to support the all functions of contracts management step by step as well as reporting.
• The department has totally transferred from manual and semi manual contract management to full automated management.
• Created sub-systems of notifications, backups and access management.
• Created MS Power BI dashboards.

• Dealing with city-wide data & managing the process of collecting data and analyze it to support decision makers at top level of organization management. Worked with different subject areas including Budget & Finance.
• Established and Implemented (hands-on) new web based system of data collection and reporting which transferred the organization traditional methodology to fasten the process of data collection and improve data quality.
• Created a library of +800 city statistical indicators aligned with international and national standards and benchmarking.
