In this role, I managed the e-services unit and government relations unit and selected to establish the Royal Commission business center in Yanbu to consolidate all investors and city beneficiaries’ centers in the city in one unified center.Selected Achievements:• Participated in transforming the city beneficiary’s manual requests to e-services.• Designed and created more than 50 e-services with work-flow from submitting requests to closings engaging all Royal Commission concerned departments and employees.• Supporting City industrial and commercial investors with their requests and needs with other government authorities.• Established RC-Yanbu business center as a unified center for the city investors and beneficiaries which contains RC concerned departments and most needed governments authorities (MOI, Chamber of commerce, MOC, MOHRSD and others).• Selected by the CEO of RCY to establish initiatives web based internal system to enhance employee’s engagement and support quality of RCY employee’s outputs.

In this position, I have been selected to support the commercial and residential investment department in implementing a database of the Royal Commission agreements.Selected Achievements:• Created (hands-on) a web portal for all RCJY commercial and residential agreements that has a database of more than 6000 agreements to ease the contracts management.• The system was well design to support the all functions of contracts management step by step as well as reporting.• The department has totally transferred from manual and semi manual contract management to full automated management.• Created sub-systems of notifications, backups and access management.• Created MS Power BI dashboards.

Transforming the entity into a closed shareholder investments company with total capital of 145M SAR along with three subsidiaries as a start point of a holding company

Reporting to the Chairman of the Board of Directors- After the creation of digital transformation plan in the previous role as a member of Automation Committee, the board of directors decided to establish this new role in the company to implement the already made strategy of digital transformation, reporting directly to the Chairman of Board of Directors, the company is responsible to serve more than 270,000 foreign pilgrims from (Pakistan, India, Libya, Iran and Egypt) and has 3 sub-companies.Selected Achievements:• Created Scope of Work for more than 10 Projects (Hajj System integrated with Ministry of Hajj and Elm Company, ERP System, CTS System, Websites etc.).• Hajj System was nominated as best Hajj system after years of lack performance and the strategy of the system (hosting & implementation) was recommended by the Ministry of Hajj to other Hajj companies.• Fully Supervised and managed implementation of all projects with contractors.• Transferred and fully supervised the company local data-center and servers to cloud based servers.• Managed fixing the reported cyber security issues which was reported by NCA in the previous year which led to Zero errors.• Fully Supervised and managed Cyber Security Policies in the company.• Fully Supervised and managed MS Exchange cloud servers to provide email service for all members.• Established and fully managed cloud drive.

I investigated and quickly resolved technical issues for the customers of this telecommunications provider and served as an acting supervisor on multiple occasions. I increased systems efficiency by introducing new strategies and delivering quality enhancements.

While overseeing server administration for the online gaming, I deployed and maintained servers and software. I also evaluated and implemented new games for customer use, resolved technical issues, ensured the highest levels of connectivity, and installed upgrades. I managed the #1 gaming server in the Arab region, and the #38-ranked server in the world.
