Technical Architect Manager. In this role, I was in charge of :• Planning, implementing, maintaining and managing the relevant technology area, for production and development environments, including Infrastructure Design, Capacity Planning, Availability Planning. • Manage and provide support for all the relevant technology architecture and design related requirements (including costs), project support, and technical support, including Incident and Problem Management, and performance activities. • Initiate technology specific improvement programmes for the Group liaising with the Business, in line with IT architecture and standards. Justify investment through business cases and drive projects through assigned project managers• Manage the technical expertise within the team so that resources are appropriately and effectively allocated for the design, support and performance activities based on their skill level and operational requirements, and their access to the production environment is accordingly controlled. • Responsible for setting clear and consistent performance objectives, implementing performance management and development plans to ensure standards of performance and productivity are achieved and maintained enabling a high performance culture.

Responsibilities: • Ownership of the IT Incident Management process; • Serving as single point of contact for all IT Incident Management related process inquiries; • Identifying and coordinating with all other process owners on process integration points; • Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Incident Management process; • Managing the work load of Incident support staff and providing training as needed; • Monitoring the effectiveness of IT Incident Management and making recommendations for improvement; • Developing the concept of IT Incident Management system (process and tools); • Creating and administering processes to facilitate continual process improvement and evolution as related to IT Incident Management; • Developing relationships with key people related to systems technology, business requirements, application development, testing and support; • Preparing support staff for changes, new releases or new scope of responsibilities; • Creating presentations/in-house training to educate personnel and managers on new IT Incident Management procedures, including the benefits of use and risks associated with non-compliance.

Technical Consultant. In this role, I was in charge of :• Define the performance test strategy• Expert of Oracle Database• Improve Oracle database Architecture, define the best practices and support for development teams• Managing the relationships with the technical teams of the clients.

Technical Consultant. In this role, I was in charge Configuration Management, design and implementation tools for monitoring, optimization and reengineering of existing tools for greater industrialization, improve Oracle BI Architecture and support for development / migration teams
