As an Employment Counselor and Mentoring Coach for healthcare and social work professionals, I’m all about helping immigrants and newcomers tackle the challenges of settling into a new career landscape. Having gone through these challenges myself, I truly understand the value of mentorship, guidance, and personalized support to help people succeed in new markets and cultures. I’m also deeply committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.I’m proud to facilitate the ISAGE Ontario Bridge Training Program, which helps internationally educated healthcare professionals (IEHPs) gain the skills and resources they need to thrive. This program gives them a better understanding of the local job market, sharpens their soft skills, and boosts their professional confidence.Before diving into this role, my career started in sales and marketing, working with products like petroleum, oil, cement, and plywood. I had the chance to lead over 50 projects across markets like Iran, Malaysia, Russia, India, Pakistan, UAE, Germany, Kenya, Turkmenistan, Canada and many more. With over 10 years of experience in senior sales and marketing roles, I’ve gained a solid understanding of global business dynamics and have honed skills in negotiations, CRM, contract management, and budgeting. I’m all about leading teams, managing projects, and navigating complex markets, all while hitting targets and staying on budget.With a Master’s in International Business, my passion goes beyond business success. I’m passionate about helping people grow and thrive in dynamic work environments.
