Currently I am working at Openwave Computing as an Installation/Service Engineer, it is a Software company that involve in Semiconductor Industry & Mobile Technology. Here I'm helping this company on implement our system to lead customer for Technology Industry 4.0. My job scope on R&D Team is to install our Software Devices called (CMA Project) and test the system to make sure it stable at customer site (On Semiconductor) before buy off. On this role. It is a must for me to liaise with every Engineer at our client’s site, and make sure all our system & software is at top. Need to handle every issue that occurs and manage work schedule at client’s site. At my previous company Nexperia Semiconductor, I work on a group called Preventive Maintenance Team. On this role, I need to lead my preventive maintenance team on achieving output and PM goal. As a maintenance, I need to make schedule for every maintenance activity and need to handle every issue and troubleshoot, also attend every weekly meeting for weekly update. During my industrial training at Exis Tech, I learn a lot of thing about engineering like Pneumatic, Mechanical, Assemble, Engineering System, Engineering Design and etc. My job scope as trainee technician is to assist engineer doing maintenance and servicing on machine before handled it to customer.
