My time during Best Buy has benefitted my work habits, responsibilities, organization, and time management skills. Throughout my placement, I would be behind the Geek-Squad counter helping customers with any technical issues either in person, or in the back with their computers. On the side, I would be helping the retailers sell products when the Geek-Squad counter was fairly empty. This job taught me to multitask and keep the workplace constantly organized, while simultaneously aiding customers. Overall, my goal was to send the customer back home better than when they walked in with their computers or any other problems.

This job requires good instinct, courage, and responsibility, and I believe I have the skills necessary to complete the tasks. Throughout the workspace, I would have to treat customers with respect as I took their orders, fast rush hours would result in stressful times that my co-workers and I would have to help each other get through. Teamwork is highly accommodated and accepted. During post rush hours, clean-ups were efficient as I would have to scrub the chairs and sweep the floors with a broom and a mop. My primary goal throughout this and every job is to make sure the customers are happy and fulfilled throughout their visit from when they walk into when they leave.

My time in Shoppers has been successful and knowledgeable when it comes to efficiency and customer service. I worked as the cashier and the merchandiser, both requiring high communication skills with customers and other employees in order to create the best workplace. I would restock the shelves, the back rooms, and introduce customers to the store. Any issues were also resolved by me and my team.

During my time being at Subway, I was responsible for multiple jobs and tasks. I mainly worked as a cashier. I would willingly greet all the customers that entered and started a small conversation with them to keep them feeling welcomed. I would input all the purchased items and would accept all else they ordered. I would also help out in the kitchen. I would check and make sure everything was clean and in the right place for the next customer. Additionally, I would clean all the tables and trays to keep everything as clean as possible for the pleasure of the consumers.
