They establish and nurture valuable networks, advocate for policies and practices that bolster civic tech, and promote the cause through various means, such as social media campaigns, written articles, and advocacy efforts. Their responsibilities encompass community building, offering support to local civic tech projects, and serving as a vital link between the regional civic tech community and CTIN. Through their unwavering dedication, Ambassadors contribute to the establishment of a robust and interconnected African civic tech ecosystem that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of knowledge.

Sous le comité National de Transition pour le Passage de l’Audiovisuel Analogique au Numérique, la Coordination Générale est en charge du pilotage opérationnel du processus au Tchad. The General Coordination of the Switchover from Analogue to Digital Audiovisual is created by Presidential decree No. 1070/PR/PM/MC/2014 of 12/09/2014. It is an administrative and technical institution with financial autonomy. Its mission is to steer the process of migration from analogue audiovisual to digital, to regularly monitor and coordinate the implementation of guidelines, to establish the plan for the transition to digital television and radio, to develop the legal framework for the transition from analogue audiovisual to digital audiovisual, to work out the development strategy for audiovisual program content, to carry out transversal activities and to formulate proposals.
