Major responsibilities: Product Evaluation and Niche Validation Planning cash flows for setting new business  Forecasting sales to manage inventory Developing strategies for launch and Optimizing PPC campaigns Managing day to day activities on amazon seller central Communicating with clients regarding progress of their project

Job Responsibilities:-• All Structural Inspection from Authorities and execution of all Structural Components of Building.• Ensuring quality construction standards as per ACI and the use of proper construction techniques.• Overseeing onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.• Follow up on progress and compile reports on project status. Also developing financial reports (Variation orders and Price Adjustments).• Assisting Project Manager in documentation and preparing daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports.• Preparing various Interim payment Certificates as per work done on site.• Developing shop drawings as per approved Design and Preparing bar bending and Cutting Schedule of beams, slabs, Columns, Parapet Wall, Footings, Staircase and various structural components of building.• Prepare and verify subcontractor’s bills of formwork, steel, concrete, plaster, wood, Aluminum and other components of building.• Coordination with Sub contractors and construction workers.

Role and Learnings :- Understanding structure drawings of piles, Pile Cap, C-Walls, Piers, Girders, and Deck Slab etc. Oversee detailed analysis of all the construction activities from layout, formwork, Steel Fixing and Laboratory testing etc. accompanied by concreting work. Attain understanding about different kinds of modern construction techniques. Giving daily progress report to related officers.
