Communicate and work with internal and external engineers of record on warranty resolution and future issue prevention.Communicate to the client as the main point of contact for administering the warranty claim process through completion for each project.Determine, track and deliver key KPI's to ensure customer quality concerns are rapidly addressed.Establish strategic plans, policies and procedures at all levels to deliver with exceptional quality.

Test, diagnose and evaluate product issues using analysis techniques and tools.Asses customer needs and offer clients technical support.Assist with technical documents.Follow all corporates, safety and production procedures and regulations and maintain a clean and orderly workstation. Assure that my group adheres to the company standards and regulations.Discuss problems (technical and process) encountered while testing/ troubleshooting with supervisor and engineering staff and recommend solution to improve work efficiency.
