In this experience, I have done the following activities:Designing and implementing an innovative business model in Iran in the book publishing industryChecking the justification of the business by writing a business plan and financial statements with a three-year forecastForming a creative executive team and hiring and training employees (an average number of 20 permanent employees)Standardization and outsourcing of expensive processes such as printing, book editors and translators, designers, and content writers. Contract with local sellers and book-selling platforms.In the first year of activity, we published more than 400 different book titles, which placed us among the top 5 publishers in Iran, and this achievement was repeated for the second year as well. Currently, we have published more than 1000 different book titles.The company's profit margin is 45% on average since its inception. Also, return on investment was achieved in the fifth month after implementation.

In this experience, I have done the following activities:Turning the threat of the spread of the coronavirus into an opportunity by launching online Technical & Vocational Training courses in IranInviting capable people in this field and forming an agile team of 6 peoplePlanning and creating a suitable infrastructure to use existing tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype instead of creating an online class platformMarketing in social networks and educational channelsThe rate of absorption exceeded expectations and in the first two years of the implementation of this plan, more than 2,000 people and about 40,000 hours of training were held in the fields of electronics, mechanics, information technology, tourism, administrative and educational services. We have a 40% profit margin from the implementation of this plan. Also, return on investment was achieved in the fourth month after implementation.
