With my new position as Senior Android Developer in Arena Pod Co., I was given more responsibility to advance the goals of Arena Pod Co. In order to improve the quality of design and development of websites and applications with global standards and to update the knowledge of our developers, we hold a meeting for the team every week to know and learn new technologies in the field of Android programming.I tried to create the spirit of being up-to-date in expertise and using new technologies in my team, and finally this spirit became a value in the Arena Pod Co. So other teams also hold these weekly meetings to be up-to-date in their expertise.

Every year, Zharfa Accelerator organizes an event called Zharfa College. In this 3-month event, students and those interested in various fields such as Android programming, back-end, front-end, etc. are invited for specialized training. We consider ourselves responsible for improving the level of startup culture in Kurdistan province and helping others to generate income. We are doing this event completely free of charge and we hope to have a positive impact on the country's startup community.

Zharfa is the first accelerator in Kurdistan province, and I had the honor of working as an Android programmer in this company. In this collection, we tried to grow the projects that needed support in different areas to make them profitable. I was the team leader in the field of develop applications. The most important value we created is the creation of a startup culture in the province. With the efforts of this collection, now those who have attractive ideas can develop much more easily and reliably by referring to this accelerator in the production of websites and applications, digital marketing, etc.Every week we held an event called 4pm for free. In this event, we analyzed successful start-ups and got advice from successful people in this field so that we can expand the start-up culture in this province and make more people interested in this field.

In Ostadan Co, I worked as an Android programmer to do the project and also teach Android. My goal was to increase the quality of Android applications and conform to global standards. In this way, I was able to train a professional group of Android programmers and now they are working in this field. I can confidently say that we raised the first group of professional Android programmers in Sanandaj.
