During this time of my career, I was the leader of the UI team in organizing the process of creating a new CRM frontend platform using React JS stack. As a part of my role, I have been responsible for various tasks that have contributed to the successful development and deployment of our product. These include defining and distributing epics to the development team, setting up critical components of the frontend application, planning milestones for each phase of the project, communicating with the design team to ensure optimal user experience (UX) for our use cases, organizing the development team process through milestones grooming and planning, conducting code reviews, managing tasks for technical team members, shipping the product to end-users, and processing feedback from stakeholders to iterate new phases and achieve a better product-market fit.

The Aim is good at tracking lots of (1000s) of runs and allowing you to compare them with a performant and beautiful UI. In this project's scope, my work primarily revolves around utilizing Python and ReactJS as part of the tech stack.

As a front-end developer, my primary responsibility in this position was to develop front end part of the platform's back-office application from scratch using the AngularJS framework (version 1.5). In this project's scope, I use Gulp as a task manager for the automation build process for transpile SCSS to CSS, concatenating .js and .css files, and minifying the last ones. I use the Gulp task manager for the automation of our deployment process too. In this project, I use many plugins and techniques using a modular script loader like RequireJS, improving the speed and code splitting.
