• Build and operate key network operations and systems infrastructure, with emphasis on servers and security• Maintaining targeted operational service levels• Preventing , responding, and eliminating network trouble on all company and client networks• Identifying appropriate network and systems solutions to best address the client problem• Lead or assist in building network automation and monitoring systems• Design, implement, tune, and manage networking technology. Track and report usage and utilization.• Provide Level 1, 2 and Level 3 support of subject network and systems.• Analyzing technical architectures and provide guidance on systems performance improvements as impacted by network architecture.• Analyzing ongoing operational requirements and design appropriate solutions.• Managing operations and communicate status to network team, project leaders and management.• Working with a wide range of network components and systems (i.e wifi, routers(BGP/MPLS), ip cameras, servers, vpn, nms, sd-wan, network security, etc)• Coordinate and oversee vendor installations and maintenance.• Assist, oversee and/or create and maintain networking related documentation.
