    My role at Bluelight, which also included Wild Bunch, involved liaising with worldwide Film Distribution companies in order to meet their Digital and 35mm Theatrical releases as well as DVD & BD releases by working with numerous international facilities and labs to produce and deliver the required film and promotional material to spec and on time. Oftentimes this would require re-versioning to a local language via means of dubbing or subtitling. I would liaise daily and worked with other departments from our from Paris headquarters to fulfill and meet the obligations as Film Licensor by reviewing contracts, budgets, modifying delivery schedules, and issue relevant invoices as required.The role also involved travel to film markets including Berlin and Cannes where we had the opportunity to meet and greet film buyers as well as counterparts. Support and assistance was provided to the Sales Agents at the markets and on occasions took meetings to discuss specific film material availability and films in the festival line-up. My work included the supervision of two additional staff and an intern as well as managing my own technical material delivery to territories including South America, Spain, UK, Australia, Germany, China, India and Middle East. I aided in the procurement of technical material from producers and production houses on certain titles including the Studio Ghibli catalogue from Japan. I had to ensure all materials were well within the limits of the broadcasting standards as well as the expectation of the distributors by ensuring high quality control with the film labs. Above all I administered the content of the delivery schedule and database and I ensured that all information was reflected and updated on the internal information platform. My role stretched to managing and setting materials cost to ensure profit margin was met.
