• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports• Independently develop solutions for projects, including managing complex issues,by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge• Manage multiple projects at one time while maintaining the integrity of projects• Meet with customers’ various departments to understand the current state in order toprovide a strategic plan for delivery improvement, lead time reduction, vendor,carrier and customer compliance, shipping and receiving processes, materialpackaging and staging, invoicing, auditing, inventory planning, etc.• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders ensuring full visibility of the project• Analyze customers’ data by utilizing pivot tables to identify shipping trends• Illustrate current and future state processes by creating flowcharts using Visio• Define, measure and control customers’ KPIs related to processes and projects• Work with IT to develop EDI and API integration project plans, proposals, andtesting between customers' ERP/WMS and TMS systems• Fully understand Transportation Management Agreements and proposals toensure all delivery requirements are fulfilled• Travel to customer location(s) throughout North America at the start and completion ofeach project• Act as liaison between customer and carrier sourcing/procurement department toensure customer's costing and service expectations are executed while conductingLess than Truckload and Truckload RFPs• Work with the engineering department to run cost impact analyses and contractbenchmarks

• Create project timelines and allocate tasks to internal departments• Monitor and control project progress while maintaining communication with all keystakeholders• Schedule customer training via webinars and conference calls• Create training documents and resources for Transportation Management System• Work with IT to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, and identifydiscrepancies, troubleshooting solutions, and providing resolutions• Review QBRs and Accruals done by Data Analyst before sending to the customer• Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to systems, carriers, billing, etc.• Draft and manage implementation documents• Communicate carrier pricing increases to customers, cost impact, and alternativeoptions• Provide audit support to internal and external teams and coordinate the resolution ofdisputes with carriers and customers• Monitored metrics and developed actionable insights to improve efficiency andperformance
