Main responsibilities:• Project Manager for projects developed or executed locally; • Responsible for the support of IT and Datacenter operations, in the four sites in Brazil; • Responsible for the technological and financial (forecast/budget) planning of the area, new technologies, suppliers, service hiring and contracts administration; • Member of the IT corporate council, having the opportunity of spending 30 days in the USA engaged to it;• Experience in high level reports to the CIO, board of directors and managers;• Intense participation in the IT polices review and IT director plan;• Responsible for the processes mapping and the IT Best practices application;• Responsible for the development and training of professionals for this area;• Management of all the daily routine action related to this function.Other recent highlighted projects:• Separation and fusion of corporative dominion (Active Directory 2003);• Servers Virtualization with VMware tools;• Project for upgrading and certification of 100% LAN infrastructure;• Successful implementation of policies, procedures and contingence infrastructure to attend the DRP policy; • VOIP/Cisco technology implementation in the Brazilian branches beside other technologies focused on telecommunications;• Implementation of Video Conference for two Brazilian site;• Responsible for the attending of SOX policy regarding IT;• Intense participation in the project and processes related to the electronic invoice infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:• Responsible for coordinating the On-Site support teams in new customers or critical ones as well as the technological environment of these customers depending on their contract level, reports, and attention to the SLA’s contracted and also for the interface between customer X supplier;• Intense participation in the startup processes in new clients, implementation of proper tools to monitoring and providing feedback to the internal satisfaction research of T-Systems.Clients which I have worked with:• Mercedes-Benz – Responsible for training the field team focusing on quality;• Bosch do Brasil – Responsible for supporting and also for third party services contracted;• Clariant LA – Responsible for supporting, network administration, CDP operations and data security.
