Integrity Engineer is the responsible for ensuring that the Integrity management of Altera&Ocyan's assets is conducted in accordance with Brazilian regulations and industry best practices selected by Altera&Ocyan. Ensure that all activities under its responsibility are carried out in accordance with laws and regulations, contractual requirements and the Altera&Ocyan Management system.

Acting as NR-13 PH (Qualified Professional) I am responsible to assure the following activities:Pipe and Static Equipment inspection activities in compliance with NR-13, SPIE, Design Codes and internal procedures requirements and good/disseminated inspection practices. Approving technical reports and tracking all subsequent activities, such as inspections recommendation, repairs, etc, implementing new/updated inspection routine/technics/procedures in order to increase/improve operational/production results, reliability and safety condition of all FPSO under my responsibility. Support Equipment Inspection Lead (SPIE coordinator) and Technical Manager in all issues regarding pipe and equipment inspection practices Management of offshore Equipment Inspector team (SPIE), instrument and valves Calibration Technicians, third parties hired to perform inspection activities like NDE, repair and maintenance teams such as new project installation teams related to pipe and static equipment disciplines;Support the Operational Staffs, arrange periodical meetings with Operation Manager, Operation Engineer, Facilities Engineer as internal client also external demands with Client, Authorities, Audits, etc in order to clarify/execute all NR-13, SPIE, Pipe and Static Equipment discipline issues.

Engineer responsible for NR13 inspections and integrity at Peregrino field. Managing inspection partner companies and conducting inspections to guarantee a safety service offshore in accordance to standards like DNV-RP-G101, API 581 and NR-13 through RBI (Risk Based Inspection) methodology.

Engineer responsible for inspections and integrity at FPSO, managing a pool of inspectors and conducting the inspections to guarantee a safety service offshore in accordance to standards like DNV-RP-G101, API 581 and NR-13 through RBI (Risk Based Inspection) methodology.Managing subcontractors team from different companies and nationalities as NDT coordinator during shutdowns and planned inspection campaigns.Participated of implementation of Risk Based Inspection software, it is a supporting tool for integrity management covering inspection, analysis and corrosion monitoring modules, making interface with client’s ERP maintenance software.

Engineer responsible for technical part of proposals working on several BIDs. Worked on a commercial interface with client, performing preliminaries designs and supporting estimating team to forecast costs and risks for each project. Also worked on implantation of umbilical estimating cost software elaborating formulas to calculate material quantity, man/hour, loses, etc for each step of manufacturing process.Designing umbilical accessories like armor pot, hang off, anchoring collar, bending stiffener, etc; for the most diverse types of cross-sections, composed by hydraulic control hoses, chemical injection hoses, optical, signal and power cables and steel tubes. Answer technical after market and participate of business meet with client. Supporting client on maintenance and operating decisions for matters related to Umbilical design.Participated of several internal and external courses relevant to design and conception of subsea equipments, part of company talents development program

Intern Engineer responsible for NR-13 audit and maintenance planning of 5 plants. SAP maintenance software experience, managing work orders and materials requisition.

As mariner I worked on several departments from administrative to operational staff of vessels and submarines. With a solid knowledge about offshore routines, regulations and tasks. Participated of several courses and trainings at incidents control and prevention area.
