Business Intelligence Specialist
Current• Determine the strategic goals of a business and convert them into manageable tasks for the IT and Marketing departments of an organization.• Consult with clients to determine needs and record them. Work closely with stakeholders (business units, executives, managers) to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.• Examine information systems procedures and provide tailored fixes to raise productivity and effectiveness. Offer guidance on information systems administration, policy, strategy, security, and service provision.• Design, create, integrate, test, and put into practice business solutions for information and marketing systems.• Perform tests to guarantee the functionality, accuracy, and dependability of system upgrades and modifications.• Gather and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources (databases, APIs, etc.). Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions.• Identify areas of opportunity or concern based on data insights.• Automate regular data processes and reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
