Definition of Customer Service Representative: A customer service representative interacts with the customers to provide them with information about products and services provided by a company. They obtain information from the customers regarding types, and quantities of products needed. They assist customers with setting up accounts and inform them of company procedures put in place to ensure the safety of our customers. They orchestrate and organize company open house events, community involvement activities, as well as promotional events and advertising. The customer service representative handles complaints from the customers about products and services provided and works to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of the customer.

Description and General Purpose:The Safety Coordinator's purpose is to ensure the safetest work environment possiblethrough strategically placed safety policies and procedures, work place audits, extensivehazard prevention and task training programs, and records retention. The safety coordinator is also responsible for duties related to equipment transport and ensuring that ourproducts are of highest quality to meet our customers needs.The more people know about something, the more they care, the more they care, the possibilities are endless.
