As a Program Director, you are the one in charge of overseeing the execution of camp. I created and implemented a program that promoted a fun, safe, and unique camp experience for over 3,000 campers. As part of the Operations Management Master's program at UA, I was the Project Manager for five MIS students. Our project goal was to redesign and relaunch UA's Seek and Find desktop and mobile application, which is used to reconnect students and employees with their families in the event of a campus emergency. Below are some of my main contributions:I managed concept-to-launch of the Seek and Find desktop and mobile application enabling UAPD and OEP to better track the safety of students and faculty during emergency situations. I ensured the application exceeded the expectations of our client, UA Financial Affairs, by coordinating weekly client meetings, gathering in-depth requirements, and organizing user demos. I oversaw the personal and professional development of each team member through one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and resume and interview seminars.

I assist in teaching and tutoring students in the MIS relational database management course. This course teaches students T-SQL by using Microsoft SQL Server, as well as how to manage data relationships by creating ERD's and relational schemas. I created an entertaining web-series (Database Weekend) to help students understand more complex database concepts. This web series has received almost 1000 views on Youtube and helped increase test scores.

I was a camp counselor for 8-9th grade guys where I cared for and mentored the campers, taught them how to wake board, and aided other counselors in their jobs. Here I displayed leadership, responsibility, problem solving skills, dedication, and a desire to relate to those around me and make their experience fun and enjoyable. I became lifeguard, CPR, and wake park certified, allowing me to be placed in multiple activity classes. I also assisted the Work Crew Director and helped manage the kitchen, assuring every meal was served with the highest efficiency and quality.

I work in the IT Department on the Network Team to develop training presentations and modules for new systems, and aid in project troubleshooting while also managing my own project. I have assisted in managing a sundown project, which involves migrating data from an expired documentation system to a new archiving system. I was hired onto this project team to increase the delayed project, and sped up the project life by over one year. I have over 80 Project Management hours at MBUSI, and most recently was the Project Manager for the Co-Op Database Revamp project. In this project, I was responsible for redesigning the current Co-Op Database in Microsoft Access that would then be used at MBUSI and other Daimler entities. I had 3 weeks to design, test, and implement this database, and finished the project two days early. This database redesign saved the company over $50,000, and will potentially affect over 2,000 employees.My previous project was to relocate an IT Project and Storage Room, and test and implement a barcode scanning application for the new Project and Storage Rooms. I was the official Project Manager of this project, which required I create the project budget, timeline, communications plan, and present and have it approved by upper management. I also analyzed HR's onboarding processes to determine areas of improvement and proposed mitigation plan that was accepted by HR Senior Management

I work with other employees to complete printed orders, properly manage different machines, and deliver the orders to the clients on time.

I assisted the Large Graphics Manager by constructing signs, posters, banners, and other large printed materials, and then helped the customers install their purchased material.

I assisted the manager in properly running the restaurant, and training new employees. I cooked food, managed the grill, washed dishes, bussed tables, ran the register, operated the phone, served food to customers, and trained new employees in all these areas.
