Oversaw operations of multiple locations in DC, MD, DE, and VA that accounted for over ten million in annual sales. I assisted in new store openings and conducted on-site inspections of new and existing locations across the Mid-Atlantic Region, ensuring that company protocol was being properly conveyed and adhered to. Effectively communicated and followed up on company strategy and initiatives with regional managers. Managed P&L's and prepared sales activity and performance reports based on KPI's. Performed regular site visits to ensure food safety, sanitation, and made sure menu items were prepared in accordance with brand expectations while meeting budget requirements for sales and labor consistently. I also coached my managers on best hiring practices and implementation of store wide reward systems for outstanding employees, which lowered turnover in my entire region.

Opened and managed new D.C. location, hired and trained employees, and set up new vendor accounts and licenses. Managed and developed staff, focusing on quality of product, restaurant turnover during peak periods, and housekeeping. After a year, given the autonomy to implement a marketing plan of promotional campaigns that increased brand awareness and overall sales. Working in conjunction with local Universities and participating in free burger promotions, radio promotions, and multiple promotions through social media were a part of the marketing campaign as well. I also assisted in the opening, training, and managing of the other BBP's in our local market and in other markets as well.

Managed restaurant operations in terms of staffing and scheduling for hosts, bartenders, and servers. Oversaw bar inventory weekly, placed all beer, wine and liquor orders while adhering to weekly cost expectations. I also assessed with staffing and recruitment needs, then planned and directed employee training programs. I greeted guests and made arrangements to seat them, while managing other areas of operations including guest complaints and various other inquires; while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Opened and managed new Annapolis location, hired and trained over 100 hourly employees including managers as well. I also set up and managed all new vendor accounts and licenses, while calculating pars for opening week of business. Maintained opening budget and also had final say with specific design elements of final construction. Achieved great guest relations through management and development of staff, focusing on quality of product and housekeeping. Through management of day to day operations at a high volume location, we exceeded all labor, food cost, and financial expectations and became a corporate training location. I also assisted in the opening of multiple locations in our local market as well.

Increased sales by 20% in under 12 months with a 29% food cost and a PAC Cost of 36%, and had the most sales records in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We were awarded the Secret Shoppers Award for outstanding cleanliness, scoring 21 out of 24 perfect scores in a year, while reducing employee turn over by 50%. Participated in brand marketing community events such as, Taste of Bethesda, Taste of Reston and the D.C. Chilly Cook Off. I also organized local school donations, burrito drops at local businesses, and oversaw in store marketing initiatives. I also assisted in the opening of multiple locations through out the Mid-Atlantic Region and also trained corporate hired General Managers for various locations as well.
